Starting with the first day of Week of Respect, Cambridge students will be challenged to complete an act of kindness through out the day. This will continue for 30 school days. Please ask your student if they have completed any acts of kindness. The challenges are located on the bulletin board in the K/1 hallway, posted on the main entrance door, and announced each morning.
Kindness Poster Contest.
Our Student Council designated Monday, November 20th to be Kindness Day. They also sponsored a Kindness Poster Contest.
Thanks for helping make Cambridge a kind place to be!
Everyday Lessons with a Kindness Theme.
Many teachers have incorporated Kindness activities
into their daily lessons.
"What I wish kids would say to me" Bulletin Board project
Some of our CARES committee students gathered ideas from K-5 students and are now making a bulletin board showing what Kind words kids really wished other kids would say to them.
Students will earn a spot in the Cambridge CARES crew by demonstrating CARES. Each month will zoom in on one letter. For example January will be Cooperation month. Staff will look for students who show cooperation and students will be recognized on the bulletin board as part of the CREW!
